Up! Up! promotes, celebrates and salutes Africa as the mother of civilization. Up! Up! is the historic fundraiser for the Michael G. Nicholas Foundation, whose goal is to raise money while simultaneously creating awareness and addressing important issues such as empowering women and children through education and entrepreneurship.

Up! Up!’s purpose is to inspire a world movement that seeks to foster progressive collaborative relationships with concerned global citizens that includes many of the most powerfully recognized men, women, advocates, and organizations across continents.

Up! Up! believes in education as the way out of the poverty cycle. $1 per day, pays for tuition, room, and board for one child in secondary school in Africa. Being mindful of the consequences related to the lack of education of young children, Up! Up! seeks to effect change and provide access to education for young children, especially young girls. Up! Up! positions itself to actively address fundamental and crucial issues at the root level with a confirmed backing of solidarity, commitment, and imagination.
